We purchased Robins Nest Family Apartments in 2004 and we continued with summer beach rentals, over the past 20 years. Our beach journey began in 1995, purchasing the EMERALD APARTMENTS. The Emerald are now year round as of April 1, 2024.

 Bob & I own Mister Renovator, a construction company in Virginia, which allowed us to renovate our properties at the beach. In the past 2 years, we have extensively renovated Robins Nest. (Roof, siding, doors, expanded decks and interior trims and woodworking)

Each apartment is 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartments, full kitchens, living area, A/C, W/D, Streaming/Wifi,  onsite parking, enlarged private porch/deck at Robins Nest.  Family owned and operated. We offer clean and affordable summer beach rentals. We are dog friendly with fee.
